I performed this routine for 2 weeks every morning. To be totally honest it has been transformational and I've noticed significant improvements in both my physical and mental wellbeing. The most surprising was the boost to my sense of proprioception and the confidence that comes with it. Well played, SarahBethYoga, well played :) Thank You!!!

I slowed the speed of the video to .75

At last, true beginner routine. I feel away from my regular yoga routine, and forgot how much flexibility is needed for the full sun routine. THANK YOU for enabling me to get back in the flow.
