One thing that I’ve discovered through Tim is that as long as you’re pushing yourself and sticking with your practice every single day, it doesn’t matter what kind of yoga class you take. From short to long. If you do yoga every single day and do the best that you can do in that moment you will progress. I appreciate these short 10 minute videos just as much as the 1 hour ones. I mix and match and come up with my own routine when I’m not doing one of his playlists. At least one day a week is always restorative/yin too. My point is, I’ve learned so much from Tim not just about yoga, but also structure. Hands down the best teacher on YouTube.

HI Tim, I've have been loyal to your channel for years now. You have changed my practice and I am a LOT more mindful in my yoga and healthier because of it. I love this quick morning routine. I'm in my 40's and loosening the body first thing in the morning can mean a big difference in how I feel the rest of the day. You are doing wonderful work, and I adore your lighthearted enthusiasm.

Thank you so much Tim! This is exactly what I needed. I stopped practicing yoga regularly due to shortage of time and really poor time management skills. This video is a perfect reminder of the importance of daily practices and a quick help for tense muscles. Now i have no excuse to skip yoga.

This morning stretch is great after a quick cardio activity. I can do 30 minutes and cardio and 10-15 minute stretch and be done in 45. More of these classes would be great. Also see benefit doing right before bed to relax from the day. Thanks for all your video options. Appreciate the variety.

Great way to start the day! Thanks Tim. Your guest model is awesome too. My job has me driving and siting a lot. Please do a video that would help stretch most body parts after siting for long periods of time. Appreciate it and Namaste!
