I dont usually like any standing positions and my go-tos are your gentle flows, but something about this evening and this practice makes me feel so strong and powerful ! And simultaneously calm and loose. An amazing feeling- thank you ! Your work helps me so much, you're my favorite mentor.

Thank you so much for this amazing grounding yoga, I was having quite a hard time focusing on my breathe during this video. But. I know that every single yoga and mediation practice is one in its own, and I know that even though I was having a hard time focusing, I still did an amazing and excellent job and I am so grateful, appreciative, and proud / happy for and towards my self. I really loved this class!! My practice has been missing balance lately. I was able to close my eyes during practice (I feel so much more connected with my body this way) bc you led use through this flow beautifully. Huge thank you!! I wished we'd held a view poses a few breathes longer, but I'll just pause next time I do this flow bc I will definitely be doing it again. 🙏🏻

Thankyou so much Jessica, your yoga practice class has helped me in many ways but specially with pms, i go through this very disturbing pms before every menstruation cycle which leaves me being anxious and body sore and stressed but as I started practicing yoga with the help of your class i am feeling much better after every class, grateful beyond measures . ♥️✨
