I recently was in a terrible accident at work which involved a chemical explosion. I saw my friend and coworker catch on fire and I had to put him out. He received terrible burns and he will never be the same. It's been 2 and a half months but I still have trouble sleeping and eating. I got diagnosed with PTSD and am receiving trauma care and therapy. But that's only once a week the other 6 days just seem to be me trying to find a way to survive. Your yoga videos have helped me calm down and finally be able to sleep a little better which helps a ton. Thank you for all you do!

Honestly cried sobbed all the way through this. Tha k you. Thank you. Tha k you. For anyone out there with intrusive thoughts and panic I understand. Mine comes from trauma I didn't release and now it's built up. And menifestied as health intrusive thoughts and ones of dying and ones of being alone. But with this I cried and it released some the pain. Therapy and meds will help me too

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you. This is the first meditation/yoga video I’ve tried. I am currently signed off work with anxiety and two SSRI medications didn’t work and made by body a bit ill. So thank you for an enjoyable 10 min video, because I decided to try this natural holistic approach instead. I especially enjoyed the verbal reassurances that you gave throughout and i love your dog next to you because I love animals and they naturally make me happy and relaxed. So thank you to you both 🤍

I have had the absolute worst week and while I didn’t have a panic attack, I still struggled all week and didn’t manage to do yoga as often as I usually do. This was perfect to get back to myself. You are truly a miracle worker!

This came at the perfect time. I struggle with panic disorder, and it was pretty manageable the last year, but recently due to life events panic attacks have returned in a major way, and I am so glad to have this video in my toolbox to help combat them. You are such a treasure💕

Wow Adriene, that was brilliant, and perfect for me. I'm a very anxious person pretty much all of the time, so this yoga practice hit the nail on the head for me. It was so calming and comforting, I had my eyes shut a lot of the time just listening to your voice. It is so soothing, I could feel my anxiety coming down. Thank you so much for doing all of your videos, but especially the ones for anxiety. They are a really big help for me, and I'm sure lots of other people who experience high anxiety. Recently quit smoking weed to try and better my life but being a very regular smoker the withdrawals have been giving me panic attacks, but oddly enough these small exercises have been giving me momentary relief and a feeling of peace. I still have the tingling in my hands and feet but I know with enough time I’ll be okay.

This practice was so helpful for me. I was experiencing some anxiety and couldn't relaxed so i came here. It really helped me realse some of the stress and anxiety i was carrying around the past few days. When adriene said "its ok" while we were in a hug i felt so held and started crying.
Thank you adriene for this wonderful tools you give to us. I appreciate it.

I highly recommend this video ❤ I did it when it came out and thought it was brilliant! Today another big wave of fear crashed through my body. I felt tired and paralyzed afterward but knew moving my body would help the release... I remembered this precious tool and the comforting feeling of having a friend who understand & is always available through her amazing yoga videos. I'm still shaky but feel better and supported.
