I have been suffering from anxiety due to my studies. I’m at college and had no friends to talk to about it. I feel so immensely grateful to motivate myself to practice yoga with you today, i have been doing yoga but with you, it’s a completely different experience. I was feeling so stressed and anxious today- like I get nothing done and like I need to be so much more than I am. Thank you for helping me find a moment to refelct on that. During the beginning of the practice I noticed my thoughts racing, my body simply wanting to get out of the posture and do what I need (want, actually) to finish today. I was surprised finding myself in a meditative state of mind at the end. This is true healing magic.

I cried for the first time ever in a Yoga flow, it started with the lizard posture and it happened again in the butterfly posture.. I am beyond thankful for you! and the help and love you've brought into my life to release the heavy energy I didn't even know I had in me till now.

I felt discomfort in my lower back while in the suptabaddhakonasana, and as soon as it was over I just couldn't stop my tears and my back felt so relieved. Amazing session. 💙
Everytime she ends a session with that namaste I feel such overwhelming love for them. Such beautiful energy.
