I suffer from extremely bad anxiety that causes intense physical symptoms, and everytime I do this routine it helps me become grounded and really helps reduce the amount my anxiety physically affects me

I initially thought 30min would be too much for me. But I actually didn't notice the length I stayed on focused on breath and kept coming back to breath and your voice. Feeling proud of myself today.

This was the first yoga practice with this specific goal. I’m experiencing some stress and anxiety lately, and although some poses made me loose balance I’m more calm and less stressful in my head. Thank you for just this video. I need this so much in my life.
