I'm a grumpy construction worker in his mid 40s. I started doing this (almost) everyday about six months ago. It's done wonders for my back and hip pain as well as my mood. If you're feeling sore and sour at the end of the day I can't recommend this video enough.

This week had 3 panic attacks, 3 trips to hospital and been told I’m suffering from anxiety. Reassessing my life to feel better and found Madfit done this 2 days and it’s so lovely really relaxes me so thank you I will keep watching 🥰

With a lot of body aches, stress in every part of my body, this helped a lot. It takes me a while to wake up in the morning because of all of these body aches. I am also a very tense person and carry it all over my body. This helped a lot, I'm feeling significantly better.
