I see people commenting all the times they have cried doing yoga. At the age of 22, I just bawled like a kid again when she said "no judgement". College sometimes feels detrimental and stressful. I'm glad to be a part of a community that is full of love and positivity. So grateful! <3

I don't know who needs to hear this right now but remember you did all you could in that situation, it's not your fault. Stop stressing and blaming yourself for things beyond your control, I promise things will get better for you and you will find a bright future ahead. You have what it takes to endure any hardship. i started this meditation very badly i almost quit this video at the 4th minute because i felt so anxious and i started getting frustrated until the breath counting thing i could calm down. i pray for everyone living an anxious life like me bless you all

Started this meditation with tears in my eyes, couldn't stop crying. I did it one time, and felt a lot better. I did it a second time, and finished feeling calm and peaceful. Your voice only feels like a warm hug to me. I've been feeling very anxious due to everything that is happening in the world. Thank you, Adriene, for being here and for being a friend.

My dog joined and was so relaxed. He wasn't sleeping, he was conscious and his eyes were open. I think he was meditating too. Every time I watch your videos my dog comes too. I think he likes your voice

I put this video on as a had tears flowing down my face, chest pounding, and head hurting, in the midst of an anxiety breakdown. I ended this video with my head a lot clearer, and my heart a lot calmer. Thank you so much for this video and your guidance Adriene, I really appreciate it <3

Aww that was lovely, thank you Adriene for that lovely calm, and loving breath practice. Before the practice, I wasn't that anxious which was unusual, I felt quite happy in myself. I am a rather anxious person, but I've been trying to work on that lately. I've been doing yoga with you now for 1 year 131 days, I've not missed a single day. It feels so good, and I feel so good. I think it is definitely having an effect on me. But after doing this breath practice, I feel a sense of calm coming over me. Before the practice I was happy, but now I feel happy, and grounded. I love practicing with you everyday Adriene, you always make me feel good. 💙 thank you for always being you, and for helping so many of us to find our authentic selves. i come back to this video almost every day. my anxiety is very severe and causes me to have seizures. I have tried many meditations but none even compare to this one. Calms me down so easily and truly brings me back to reality and where I currently am. Thank you for this meditation

I was on the verge of a breakdown. I could feel my chest tightening, my throat was closing, my eyes were burning. And it hurt. It hurt so much. I felt so terribly out of control and Adriene suddenly popped into my thoughts like an anchor. I searched for her meditation videos because I felt like I was having a panic attack and I just knew she could help me, because she has for the longest time now. Thank you, Adriene
