Some important gains: 1. I've been trying to do the plank kick throughs for ages, today I finally did it! 2. Sit up/stand ups were always a no go, but today I did it hands free (but crossed my legs to get up). 3. Finally making progress on push ups (I managed three).

Love this no jumping combination with the 2 repeats back to back. Makes the time pass by faster vs. doing the entire routine then repeat. 💪👍

I had to modify a few exercises, though I am making progress as a whole.
I gained 40lbs and lost muscle tone throughout Covid, so you are a welcome breath of fresh air. I actually look forward to these workouts and love that you make all different kinds, that are actually weirdly enjoyable.
