I’m so proud of completing this with NO breaks!! Im 14 and started working out last year and in a year I have improved myself and im growing. I used to workout cuz I hated my body but now I do it to show my body THAT I LOVE IT!! BUT REMEMBER EVERYDAY IS DIFFERENT. Maybe today was a day were I had to take no breaks but it can be different any day and taking breaks IS ALWAYS ALOUD AND RECOMMENDED IF U NEED TO!!!

Would really love to see more of these deep burn full body workouts. Ideal for days when I do not have enough energy for cardio but still want get a proper workout focused on toning the whole body without the need for weights. Have done this workout a few times already and will keep on returning to this one. Pls make more of these amazing workouts❤

Okay, first of all, this was 30 minutes of UNINTERRUPTED PAIN, Anna how dare you???😂😂😂 By 9%, I was struggling and by 43% I was CRAMPING, LMAO! But you know what's funny? I did the whole thing!! And that's what I love about Anna's workouts: they teach you that your body is capable of so much more than you think!!!! Thank you for this workout, I'm looking forward to the muscle soreness tomorrow!!😂❤

After period my mood so low, I don't play workout about 3 day and I'm feeling bad and sadness, but I'm gonna start again and again from now the workout is the best thing form me for bad mood 💪💪🪴reading some comments from your community anna make me happy and feel more better thank you anna and thank you guys ❤❤

Wow Anna!! This was exactly what i ve been looking for. Sometimes i m too stressed to do full body hiit work outs with jumps, but i still need the challenge. Often no jumping work outs are not enough challenging for me, but this definetely will not have that problem. Thank you so much!🧡💪

this is BRUTAL!! im thirteen and started working out in april of 2024, it is now september and im loving how toned and strong ive become! i began because i thought my body wasnt good enough but now i do it because it makes me happy and i have grown to love it!

That was proper spicy! 🌶 Anyone else get Pilates vibes from this one? Loved the format, a lot of unilateral work & structured in a way that really flowed (rather than feeling just a lot of random moves were just put together) For me personally could have done with a bit more upper body focus but I know Anna has always leaned towards more lower body focus! 😀

Felt the burn in every muscle. I like to do either Pilates style (like this) or strength training in between cardio days. This is perfect! Anna you are 🔥🔥! This proves it doesn’t have to be high impact to be effective.

Excellent! I got up to 15 minutes and well all done in 15 min. I went a bit beyond on one side. But next time I'll go further till I can complete it. So controlled yet effective.
