I loved this workout! I love how you can push yourself through anything for 30 seconds and the 15 minute rests get you through. It goes by very quickly! And you have such a calming voice.

Woo! First workout after having to take a week off after a hurricane xD I don't normally care for repeats, but with this one it was nice because some of the moves were a bit more challenging and I felt as if I understood them better the second time around. Thanks for a great workout!(:

So grateful for your work! I’ve been slacking the last couple weeks because of adjusting to my new work schedule and this helped me “ease” back in. I definitely considered stopping after the first run through, but felt encouraged to keep going. Thank you for all that you do!!!
