Wow! ...just feel like I need to say thankyou...

...this couldn't have arrived at a more perfect time. Staying at my relatives over night, little bit of a sore throat, no weights, no workout gear and no trainers, BUT I do have my tie string trousers and vest I slept in. Pow!-fect! Like you spoke to the universe and knew what I needed. Thanks muchly for all your sharing.

I gave up a gym membership last May when I started your workouts and haven't looked back since. Doing these daily for 20-40mins has done far more for me than the gym ever did, tbh. :-)

Hey Anna! I started doing your videos a little over a month ago, and I do 3-4/week. When I first started, I ALMOST gave up because they are pretty intense!!! But I knew I had to stick with ya, cause your videos challenge me more than anyone else's that I've tried on YouTube. Now I'm feeling so much better & actually making it through the entire video without pausing (small steps!!). Progress is progress, and I'm loving how I feel. Thanks so much for all you do!

Yay! Completed it live! What a wonderful combination of low impact moves to work the whole body! Kick through, clamp side planks and plank walks are all new to me! Love it to be able to challenge myself and keep my body guessing with the new moves. Thanks Anna for another amazing workout!

Loved this so much ❤
I had to modify a bit which was a good choice cause I didn't need to take a break in between and ended up refreshed instead of exhausted.
Also, I always look at the progress bar while exercising to check when I'd be done with the workout but today was the first day my brain didn't go there until I was done with 88% of the workout. Huge progress for me.

Modifications:
30 sec on 20 sec off
only knee push ups (for both push up exercises)
Legs on the ground (for body twist + punch)

I got headaches nearly everyday before starting your workouts, now I get them once every week at the most and even if I do get a headache I do one of your low impact workouts and it’s gone in minutes! So thank you so much for making me feel at my best every day! ❤

Also this is a great workout! Just finished it and I have to say it was a tough one but will definitely do it again! In the last week I have been doing many no jumping workouts as I live in an apartment so I thought it was funny how you uploaded one just as I’ve started doing them!😅

I enjoyed this low impact routine Anna! Thank you for making it. My favourite moves, always, are the all standing moves any time I do any routine. I’m not as keen on any burpee moves…but I love plank so sometimes I hold a plank when there are burpees involved or I do walkouts when I simply don’t have the energy ( still recovering from the heart surgery) 😉. And sometimes I have more energy and all burpees are fine. Also not really keen on walking bear planks but did a sort of alternating leg lift bear plank hold which I prefer (holding bear plank while lifting alternate legs back rather than walking across mat). Love all of the standing moves, always love boxing and kicking type moves (in other routines), skaters, squats and lunges of all types. And I loved the ab work in this routine, always a great addition. This was a really fun routine. Thanks! ❤❤❤
