A 30 minute workout packed with strength building savage HIIT exercises which you can do anywhere! Starting with some low intensity warm up style exercises to get your body ready for the full body burn, ending with a short cool down. Let's get it done!!

I know why are you the best:
1. you make a lot of videos, so i can't get bored
2. most of your videos are hiit workouts-->the best way of losing fat and building muscle
3. Your videos are good for beginners( they can do the easier form) for advanced ( do the normal form) and for pros like you XD. I consider myself to be advanced but all of your videos can make me sweat!!!
4. you make cool downs--> the most important part of the training
5. you make challenges
6. No repeat--> I mean the best idea ever
7. No Equipment--> we don't need gyms
8. 30 min is enough or if it not you can make 2 of them
9. you don't talk in the videos but you fill them with cool songs so I can concentrate to the workout
10. Your movements are the cleanest I have ever seen

Following you about 2.5 weeks now. Im loving it.
Things Im REALLY loving: 1- No repeats! Im so tired of the other trainers doing the same thing 4 or 5 times in 40 min. Sometimes it is ok and great but EVERY time kills me bc I get super bored! I don't mean a Tabata. I mean the same thing 4 times through! 2- AWESOME music! Some great mashups! I was signing along to a song "I never heard" and I had no idea how I knew the words! Then I reliazed it was a mashup of an old song. So fun! 3- Lotsa NO JUMP workouts. I want stuff that can get me strong and toned without having to jump constantly like it is a 1985 Jazzersize class! Too much jumping hurts my toe, fires my ankle impingement, and makes me have to pee! It is cardio at a cost for me! 4- MY FAVORITE PART is the 'easy to do move' with a preview! SERIOSULY thank you! I dont want a 5 step move that I have to watch and then rewind to learn.

I've realised even when you don't do jumping your workouts are very effective..which I'm surprised about. You choose the right moves and corporate it in a way which causes the body and muscles to respond well. No repeats are cool, Thankyou x

I just ABSOLUTELY LOOOVE your workouts! I love that they are INTENSE but still low impact. I used to do a lot of high intensity stuff...kickboxing, jump rope.. running, hiking, boxing..etc etc..that’s ten years ago hahaha. I’m listening to my body more now..and focused more on mobility, and recovery..without sacrificing intensity. YOUR channel is a God send for MY needs. Thank you. Thank yooou!! 🔥😫❤️❤️

At the last exercise I was just about to get angry at me for not being able to hold it and the I saw Ana struggling with it as well, so I allowed myslef to relax for a bit :) thanks, Ana, your workouts have helped me so much so far!🙏
