Day 1 & 2 done (I'm SO Sweaty and Breathless !!!)
Day 3 done
Day 4 done
Day 5 done ! (The terrible muscle cramps I've been experiencing due to workingout are finally lessening, Alhamdulillah !)
Day 6 done ! (Though there are some exercises I can't do properly yet, I'm proud of myself for continueing for almost a week !)
Day 7 (skipped it cz I found a book so captivating that I didn't wanna stop reading and start workingout )
Day 8 done
Day 9 done
Day 10 (Skipped it cz I had a test)
Day 11 done!
Skipped day 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 due to illness, exams but now I'm back ! and will continue hopefully IngshAllah !
Day 17 done !
Day 18 done! (don't skip it more many days cz when you start again, shit hurts!)

Seriously... If you are new here and this is your first time watching this channel or video; try it. Just go for it. No matter if it fails the first time. I promised myself 3 months ago to commit to myself, my body, health and mindset. And I've followed workouts from Maddie, gone to the gym that's currently closed again because of another lockdown in my country, but I FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. I SEE the difference. I LOVE the difference. Every single time I do this workout, I start looking forward more to it. If it feels like it's killing you, it's proof that it makes you stronger.

Make this promise to yourself. It's worth every drop of sweat.

This was a GREAT workout; I loved that it was challenging, yet still fun and doable! *REALLY LOVED THE NO JUMPING; I'm upstairs and hate feeling as if I'm causing fuss to the neighbors.*

More than no equipment workouts, I love when the trainer explains the workouts, so you know that you are doing it right. Love that, instead of remain silence, i dont know at least for me it's better

I did this workout everyday for a month and lost 10 lbs. I also watched what I ate though. But this workout is a fat burner for sure!! I highly recommend to anyone trying to get fit. I could see veins and my abs were rock hard. It's a killer workout, but you gain what you give! :)

I’m only 10 days in and can already see great results as well as a drastic improvement in my stamina. Out of all the fitness videos I’ve tried to follow, yours is the least complicated to do while making me sweat like a pig.. Also self disciple is key so I hope I'm disciplined enough to exercise with you everyday! Thank you ❤️

Hi, thank you so much for these videos! My daughter is 4 months today so I don’t have a lot of time. 30 minutes just about fit into her nap time (I put my mat down next to the crib so even if she wakes up she will often just watch me) and it gives me a chance to exercise. Also love that it’s no jumping because that’s not an option with a post-partum pelvic floor! Also no equipment means I can just keep my laptop and video near the crib and instantly hop to it once a day when she falls asleep (her nap times are still quite unpredictable) without having to worry about a lot gear. These workout are really helping me feel like I’m taking care of myself because I’m strengthening my core to avoid future back problems from carrying little one around and I want to be a strong / healthy role model. You’re really helping me and it’s soo appreciated!
