Anna! Today is my birthday, and my gift to myself at 42 is doing this work out and getting back into cardio several times a week. Because I haven't worked out in 10 years (health problems made me quit martial arts) I did half the time for each set, so 30 seconds became 15 with a break and 50 seconds became 25 with a break. It was perfect. Thank you very much! 💜

Wow what a workout. I stopped it multiple times to see how much time is left. Lost my energy in the half of workout. Somehow managed to do by taking 2-3 small breaks to take a deep breath and then continue. Fabulous 💓. You are the queen of workouts. This 👑 is just for you.🔥🔥🔥
