I love the challenges but I miss some hit exercises for Abs, arms oder back. It felt like an lower body workout not full Body. However, I have gained so much muscles since last year December. I am so thankful for my body and your workouts and your Keep going 🥳🥳

I’ve doing Anna’s workout for almost a year…but it was one of the hardest hiit🙈🙈🙈and the finisher😅😅😅😅

I can't explain how powerful you feel when you do this INSANE workout on the day you recover from a bad flu (My second this winter and while I'm vaccinated from COVID, I was relieved it was just a nasty winter flu my body isn't used to after 18 months.) but I was so proud of myself to have made it till the end, but I admit it got me breathless at the burpee finisher and I could only do 2 min out of 3 but damn, I'm so grateful for Anna to provide us high-quality workouts for free to do at home, at work or just anywhere else. It also marks 1 year of doing your workouts 3 times a week, and I haven't subscribed to any gym membership since! Thank you, Anna, enjoy the Maldives and for another awesome HIIT workout <3

I couldn't did the finisher challenge and I started to feel bad with myself.. but then I remember that if I was in the finisher challenge, I did almost the all routine. Bravo! thank you Anna!! you're awesome
