will update daily for 20 days
my current weight is : 74kgs and height: 5'6
aim is to be of 57kgs
Day 1: super sweaty couldn't be able to complete it, did only till 15mins hopefully will try to complete it tomorrow

Thanks for this standing workout. I have radiculopathy on both hands and can't tolerate too much weight bearing on them, hence I don't like mat exercise. This routine is a great full body workout.
