For anyone coming to this video at their lowest point, trust me, I've been there. I used to weigh 204lbs, at my heaviest. And, when I first this workout video, I could only get halfway through it, before I was bent over gasping for air. But, sticking to it every other day for about a year in a half, I have lost over 70lbs. That came with no dieting, just eating less, leaving myself hungry at first, but overtime, it gets better. If you're comfortable at the weight you're at, keep rocking it!! But if you ever feel as though you're in my shoes--just know that anything is possible :)

First tried this workout in spring 2019 and made it through one round of the warm-up. Tried again a few times since and made progress. This is the first time I made it all the way through! Some day I will do no modifications. One of the best workouts I've found on the internet.

I started this workout back in 2020, and it's now 2024, and I can finally finish the entire workout. DO NOT GIVE UP! I could only do the first warm up round and now I do the entire cycle and an ab workout. I love that the Leeta and Reese are so positive and acknowledge that this is a hard workout and that it's ok to feel pain. 💪😏

I started this workout about 3 months ago and have been doing it consistently 3 times a week. My legs have definitely toned up more as well as my abs! And I’ve lost 20 lbs since March but that also because I stopped eating past 8:00 and drink mostly water. Definitely worth a try!☺️

I've been doing this 4 times a week for the past 75 days, adding a healthy diet and some weightlifting, lost 25 pounds till now. And the beautiful thing about this routine is that every time you do it you get better and better at it, wich translates in a harder workout and massive sweat!!!

Finally at forth day I complete the full exercise 🙌💪
