This mobility routine is designed to target the entire body and help improve range of motion, improve blood flow and reduce and aches and pains.

You can use this whenever you see fit. Use it as a warm up or cool down but I would use it more on a active rest day or complete rest day.

In my late 40s and a lover of weight training, but various new injuries have been niggling the past couple of years. Been doing this flow approx 5 times a week for the last month, and Im determined to keep at it. Some of the moves like the Down Dog Toe Touches I struggled with at first, but now can touch my toes, so mobility and flexibility definitely improving. Love the music too, thanks for this !!

I am 64, love. love, love this! Started it over 60 days ago, I was slow, not very flexible. Incredible progress!! Now I do this daily.

Great warm up, can’t wait to do This everyday. Great programs as well, really help with building strength and being functional especially for my job as a firefighter. Amazing stuff man

I'm gunna be honest, this morning was the first time I've gotten through the whole routine Jay. I tried it a couple of times when you first released it . I don't know if I'm supposed to be sweating but I am a little bit lol, I went okay I think some rough form here and there, my alternating pigeons were terrible, I really will have to work on that, it was was harder than I thought watching the demo . I'm gunna make your routines my go to's in 2023, I'm gunna get a decent kettle bell, I'd love to build your kettle routine into my regime as as well . Merry Christmas Jay 🙂

I am 48. I believe I am quite flexible for my age compared to average 50 years old guys. Still I can feel the straight with this workout and I believe that's a great maintenance routine. Thank you for sharing.
