Doing this video ONCE got rid of elbow pain I have has for SIX MONTHS.
Back in November I played catch with my son for ten minutes and strained my tricep (according to the doctor) and resulted in daily pain with nearly all activities ever since. I was told I just needed to wait 6-9 months for it to heal. Four days ago it was still 7/10 pain with activity and I was using my other arm as much as possible, wearing an elbow brace and using diclofenac arthritis cream twice a day. Yesterday morning I did this mobility video and I had my first 100% pain free day, no brace, no medicine. It just felt normal 🙌
The pain must have been referred from my shoulder or spine and these deep twists unwound something that has been stuck or pinched all this time.

This routine is critically underrated. I get that newbies stray from some of the more advanced movements but if you alter some of them, its such a good warm up pre workout. Got yourself a new sub!

A blessing from the YouTube algorithm and an eye-opener for me as a cyclist. I have enough flexibility for individual poses (static stretching), but learned from this video that I lack mobility and core strength for dynamic stretching.
Used this as a warmup for my training today and I felt noticably more comfortable and fresh on the bike whilst doing hard intervals. Definitely saving it for later to re-do.

Wow...this routine, I had not tried until today. Those Thoracic Spine Rotations felt great. I have never done that. That is a new move, literally I have never seen this one. I definitely need to repeat these daily.

the thoracic spine rotation exercise at 2:59 was unique. never encountered that and very helpful for someone who sits at a desk, golfs, and surfs. keep up the great content!
