This is the second video of yours that I’ve watched, both have been great. As an absolute beginner, and someone who’s had to recover from a back injury, I found your videos very approachable. You have a welcoming voice, and explain movements in ways I can understand even if I’m not sure if all the yoga lingo.

Buongiorno Flow, non ho mai fatto e visto niente di più bello per il corpo, la mente ed il cuore.. Le parole che usi sono molto comprensibili anche chi non parla fluentemente l'inglese.. wings..elefant.. dog.. golf.. onde.. Riesci a trasmettere la semplicità nell'imitare posture e camminate naturali di animali. Mi sento veramente bene dopo averti seguito ed eseguito gli esercizi durante questi minuti perchè mi sono sentita in contatto con la mia natura. Ti ringrazio molto !! Saluti dalla Liguria (Italia) 🙏

Thank You this is definitely what needed to get my week started. Really appreciate these short ‘yoga bites’ which I can fit in throughout my day. 10-30 min is perfect. 60 min weren’t happening in my schedule.

Fantastic man! This does not subscribe to any form of Yoga i have trained in, but it takes the best bits out of it and gives it a steady consistent sensual flow that makes it more enjoyable and easy to remember to repeat again.
Your humble yer affirmative narrative is also most pleasant to listen to, with no unwanted comments or promises that often surfaces in such videos.
A slight indian musical rhythm is what i added to it for my own sake.
I am looking forward to more of your videos.

Thank you for providing this quick little video. Due to heart issues, I became very inactive & sluggish. Last week, it was this video that got me started on my yoga/exercise routine. 1 full week later, I am no longer pausing the video to catch up. I feel so much better. I have now started low impact aerobics afterwards, and I will be starting your night time stretch as well. Thank you
