Short on time but still want a good stretch? This yoga practice will stretch out your hips, hamstrings AND shoulders in only 10 minutes!

Sometimes 10 minutes is all it takes to increase the flexibility and strength of your hips, hamstrings, and shoulders - and today we're covering all three in the same yoga practice! Join me on the mat to show these all-important areas some love. You won't need any props for this all-levels yoga class.

Here from the 2022 playlist! I didn't get around to this video the first time, and I just got over the flu so it actually felt like a challenge (in a good way). Plus my legs and hips are so stiff after being stuck resting for days. So nice to finally stretch out!
