This 10 minute yoga for hips class will help to relieve tension within the lower body and increase flexibility through deeply stretching the hips.
These hip stretches are in the style of yin yoga so they will be held for a little longer than you may be used to. Feel free to modify using pillows so you don't over stretch.
This class is a great addition your routine to help maintain overall health and wellbeing.

I'm focusing on deep somatic work to heal from trauma. 1 week of practising this 10 mins stretches and I can see so much change in my headspace. cried the first time, but day 2 onwards I felt so calm and centred. thank you for this video, thank you for taking time to help others. love and light xo S

I like how some of your stretches are longer, it really gives you chance to fully stretch certain muscles,

I’ve been doing yoga off and on for years and after doing this practice I’m feeling extreme warmth flowing through my right mid body. Must be better blood flow. I’ve never experienced that before. I guess I really needed this! Thanks!
