I'm alternating these hip exercises with your lower back sessions. They're all just right! Great stretches and amount of time after my exercise routines. I've been dealing with chronic pain most of my life and even though there's been a lot of frustration on my way to a diagnosis, I'll keep fighting. On 24th October, I'll stay at a medical center specialized in rheumatic diseases and hopefully, I'll finally receive a diagnosis.

I've discovered your channel recently and I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos.

I know I have to keep moving my body to prevent the pain from getting worse, but most sports and exercises are way too intense for my aching joints. Even most yoga videos on beginner level I've come across require a flexibility I simply don't have (I've been working on it but I've also come to terms with my limits).
Your chronic pain relief videos have helped me so much, they are really gentle on my body and I can keep up with them without feeling frustrated.

Again, thank you so much for your hard work, the knowledge and help you provide. You've been helping me a lot dealing with my pain, allowing me to bring back movement into my life without hurting myself and pushing myself too hard.

I owe you a lot.

As someone with chronically tight hips, this was an awesome stretch for the entire inner hip/inner thigh area. The move at 2:22 was one that I discovered on my own a few years ago, experimenting with different ways to get a deeper stretch for the inner hip.
