What I like most about this video is, Joelle doesn't do a lot of talking, she goes right into doing the stretches. And she explains what stretch is working the hip area. Joelle voice is soothing and calming which makes everything more effective. Thank you Joelle

Couldn't bend over or hardly move. Regular stretching wasn't working. Thank God my gf loomed up these videos I was able to gain mobility and grunt through the day. Will be following for more long term help

I've been having sharp pains in my left hip for several weeks, I was taking Advil and Tylenol extra strength (at different times). I found your video Saturday and started doing the exercise, and I'm happy to say I no longer take Advil or Tylenol. The pain has decreased to almost non existing and I'm back to my weekend walking. THANK YOU

I just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to make these videos, I’ve been suffering through both disc damage and nerve damage in my spine and this gives me just enough to be able to tie up my boots and get my day started. Working in construction is hard on the body so this has been a pleasant treat
