This is a 10-minute hip flexibility routine for improving the mobility of the hips and surrounding tissues. This works great as a stand alone morning routine, or any time of day, or can be used as a warm up or cool down, pre or post workout.

i am ending my day with this as it's already evening time in France and it felt so good. I am home alone, had a crapy day, grey and rainy weather so this was a ray of sunshine, loved it thanks so much Tim!! This series of postures comes pretty close to what I've been doing to heal a lower back injury which cause tightness in hip&hamstrings. Gonna give this a try after my swim. Thanks, Tim!😊

Hey Tim! Really liking your videos. I noticed that I do not click the like button as often as I actually like the content. That is because the videos end so quickly at the end of the session and YouTube moves to the next one before I have the chance to like. Would be useful to have one or two minutes in the end just for this purpose. Either just the landscape or a section explaining your classes and website, etc.
Please keep these videos coming!
