I had a few crazy days where my kid was sick and I slacked off on self care (yoga) and really felt it emotionally. Started my morning with a few of your videos and can instantly feel the rush of positivity flowing theough me. Thank YOU for doing what you do so we can feel our best!

Enjoyed this dynamic routine to kick off my week! The k’s are raining down so fast, I noticed this morning that you’ve gone over 45k! Congrats on 45.1k!! To add to your trivia chest, 45 was worn by Michael Jordan out of his retirement briefly. There’s a nice story behind this decision. It was short lived, he eventually changed back to his famous 23!! Just like this 45k will be short lived, I’ll see you on the next k!! Congrats Joëlle! Well deserved!!🙏🏼👍🏻👏🏻
