I have been having anxiety attacks and I panic almost everyday but after regularly doing your 20min yogas and 10min quick sessions I feel so calm. I have a better connection with my body and mind. Much love 💜

Hello yogis!!! This felt so good, I haven’t done any yoga for about 10days until yesterday and today not sure why but I realised how much I’ve missed it. Such an amazing feeling afterwards, guaranteed 🙌🏼🧘🏽‍♀️💜

When I told my sister I was doing Yoga online with you, she informed me she had tried Yoga with the learning channel but the instructor was way too fast, so of course I sent her your link. My masseuse suggested I work on hip-opening stretches; after 1 session, my low back pain diminished!!! Will continue this practice daily!!! Thank you!!

I turned 57 y/o in September. I am 300 lbs and a bit tore up from a life in the martial arts, and just generally not taking care of myself. I injured my right hip and was having a bit of a go with it, and my lovely daughter turned me onto your channel. The way you present Yoga makes me want to do Yoga! LOL! Seriously...I get the sense that this is more than just something you do. Your sessions radiate a depth in you when it comes to Yoga. Thank you for sharing this w/all of us. I’m not sure why but sometimes I’m overcome with emotion when I finish your yoga practices and I start crying. Are unresolved emotions stored in the body and does yoga bring these out? I’ve never experienced something like this before. Love your videos, you’re amazing Sarah Beth, you really have a gift.

I just love the variety of your videos. I can always find something that suits me, either by the length, the strength or the body part. It would be nice if you could make a few more videos with standing yoga exercises and maybe something like "yoga by the work desk" - something simple that can literally be done during a break at work. Thanks and keep it up!

I enjoyed holding the pigeon pose. It helped me realized that I hold tension in my cheeks and to allow them to relax as well.
