This was a fantastic practice - thank you. I hope you're enjoying yourself on that beach! I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much you have utterly changed my life. I spent quite a long time being wheelchair or bed-bound and took up yoga with you after leaving hospital. Now, although I am not healthy, I am so much stronger than I once was. I'm stronger than a lot of people I spend time with! - and they don't have other difficulties! Last week I climbed Glastonbury Tor (will only mean something to my British homies!) and it was a peace of cake! I also rocked out at a silent disco for an hour and a half. To put things in perspective, a year ago, I struggled to climb the stairs. Nothing else has changed in my condition - the only difference is the yoga that I do with you daily (or a few times a day.)

You have truly changed my life. I also meditate (although that wasn't inspire by you - sorry!) and I feel a connection to you, a deep connection. You have the right tone between taking this historic and beautiful art form seriously, and having fun, Finding What Feels Good! It would be my dream to one day meet you.

To all the people who are struggling through this practice: I've been practicing with Adriene for three years now and I still struggle during this sequence. I am fat and it's not easy to work with all of that extra weight lol. So don't feel discouraged if this video is hard for you! I keep coming back to this video to strengthen my legs and I have actually improved by doing that. I still sweat and shake and need to take breaks though.

This is probably my favourite routine on your channel. It's short and sweet but it gets you sweating in under 15 minutes. I've been practicing for almost two years now and it wouldn't have been possible without your channel.

Imagine that - having a tough week, then finally being able to sleep for 11 hours instead of 5 or 6, waking up regenerated and doing this practice to feel alive and strong... Oh my

If anyone else thinks it’s a bit fast: I changed the speed of the video to 0, 75 and that was perfect for me. Clicking the 3 dots on the top right corner you can change the speed at which the video is playing)

To everyone who’s having a hard time following this video, keep going. I’ve been practicing with Adriene for a while now and this video didn’t make me sweat or pant at all. Warrior three was challenging and I was totally off balance but otherwise I’ve realised how strong and fit I got because of Adriene’s channel. I hope you’re all doing well, don’t give up! 🤍☮️

Balance was tricky today. Had to take the option of child’s pose when offered. Arms are tired this morning. There is no growth without struggle. So I’ll embrace the struggle.✌️ 🙏🏻

Hi Adriene! As of today I have completed all of your yoga videos on youtube :D I started off a few years ago when I didn't know much about yoga. I found this one very enjoyable although the pace seemed to quicken at times. At other times, I was rather wobbly, but I thought of being in the ocean, made easy by lovely backdrop of Adriene's video. In the ocean, I let myself balance amongst the waves. Bobbing still for sure, but moving with the energy, resonating with the practice.

What a beautiful little yet intense and short practice. Felt tired and generally unmotivated today, and yet I felt committed to doing yoga everyday, so decided on this one meant for tomorrow. Didn’t feel like I was getting too short a practice, the fast pace, kept me on my toes; it was over in no time and I felt it gave me all i needed.🙏

I used to struggle SO HARD doing core yoga, but after practicing a whole year with Adriene, I found this practice not only easy, but also very enjoyable! Today I actually noticed how doing yoga regularly has affected my body and my strength!
