This is a great stretch for desk jobs. I work remotely so on our mini 10-15 min breaks I do this yoga every day. It’s really been helping sitting all day. ❤

Thank you wow. I worked out for the first time in over a year yesterday and am SO sore I was getting desperate. I’m a nanny and literally just got down on the floor and did this with my nanny kids. I feel insanely better for how short this is

Thank you for this super short but sweet yoga practice! I was very lazy today, spent 2h on YouTube, while laying in bed, and eating. But I decided that I don’t want to do just this! So I remembered about this practice, and even got my friend to do it with me (virtually)! So yeah, I feel so much better, just because I took 10 min to take care of myself
