This was amazing. Moving my hips the necessary ways and felt my hip becoming a bit more loose throughout every pose. It felt really well-throughout & structured.

Instant relief! I did the video twice. The first time I paused the video to hold each pose much longer. The second time I did everything at your pace. Now my hips feel so much better! I feel like my hips released after a lot of sitting throughout my week. Thank you, Joelle!

I’m late again in congratulating you for hitting 63 big ones!! After 2 weeks in the mountains and a week in meditation, I really needed to go back to my daily yoga practice. Thank you Joelle.. I just finished the 28 day challenge and enjoyed every minute of it.. it really got me ready for workouts every morning.. I usually have a poor warmup routine so this allowed me to loosen up and activate muscles for my workouts.. I'm going to do the 28 day challenge again with hip videos before I sleep.. my hips and lower back seem to be the main focus points for me.. thank you so much again
