Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

( the last 3 days I haven’t felt like doing it :( but I did it anyways and I’m so proud of myself🥲 ANYWAYS this workout killed me and my thighs 🗿🗿 )

I lost around 1 kg.

I started this workout today.I will update the result.
starting weight 58.7 kg
Day1 :done
Day 2 : done
Day 3 : done

result : 57.4 kg (I did it only 4 times in a week I will do it for another week)

Before: 56.0 kg

Day 1: Done! ✅
Day 2: Done! Still feeling the legs sore from yesterday though ✅
Day 3: Done! I felt my joints cracking while starting but other than that I'm feeling great!✅
day 4: Didn't have time to open my pc, but I still walked 12k steps and rode my bike!
Day 5: Done! ✅
Day 6: Yet again wasn't able to do it but walked 13k steps!
Day 7: And done! ✅ Will be posting the results tomorrow!

Results: Now I weight 54.8 kg! I had to keep in mind that when I started this I was a little bit bloated since it was that time of the month but I sure did loose at least 500 grams if not more! A little reminder is to drink a lot of water during the entire day and replace certain foods with more healthy and filling ones! Good luck to anyone who's going to try this workout, I hope it will bring you the results you want!

We need more no jumping sweaty exercises please ... in this rainy weather.. I'm not allowed to be jumping in a house .. but I wanna still keep up my workouts

Worth my 10mins! Lily doesn't lie when she said that "THIS WILL GET YOU SWEATY. TRUST ME GUYS." I really sweat and my face turned red literally. Thank you Lily. This is my go to workout when I need to burn fats fast in a short time and at the same time sweaty. <3 <3 <3

day 1 - my legs could NOT take this workout, i am sweating soo muchh, i couldn’t finish it. i took a lot of brakes during the exercises, but i‘m gonna make sure i have full energy tomorrow .💙
day 2 - i woke up SORE !😐💀 my back hurt and i couldn’t really move my legs so much, but i did it again while i came back home. i had big and small breaks during her full body fat burn workout . it was harder because i was sore and my legs still hurt from yesterday .😂
day 3 - it got easier by the time now because i started warming up .😌
day 4 - god i took this day as a break 😂.
day 5 - i felt a burn in my legs, they would wiggle but still manage to do them :).
day 6 - i only did half of it today because i couldn’t really feel my legs lol, one more day YAYYY !💕
day 7 - LAST DAYY! omg i feel like i’ve gotten leg muscle now, my abs BURN because i do other workouts along with this one. thank you Lilly Sabri 💝.

I've done this every day since the 1st of june, lockdown was really getting to me and so far lost 2kg by using this video as a warmer then 3 of her other videos a day such as Abbs, legs workouts

ok first of all i ain’t eating any dessert or sweets! i am on a diet and im gonna start doing this workout.
day 1: done, it burns so much and i wake up with my legs hurting.

day 2: done, it’s so much easier than it was yesterday, I can already see a little bit of difference on my body.

I’ll come back to edit!!
