Wow u r really the best. I went for a walk for about 30 mins but there was no sweat at all. But I watched this today and did this exercises for 15 mins and I did sweat good and body feels tired but felt good. Started this workout from today, looking forward to update with the results.

I started today.. I have back pain and auto immuno disease..
I am following light diet also..
My current weight is 71.5 kg
Day 2: 71 kg
Day 3: 70.8 kg
Day4: 70.4 kg
Day 5: 70.3kg

Due to my health issues and deaths of loved ones in the family, I was unable to continue exercising. Today I started again after a long break..
My current weight is 70 kg
Day 2: 69.6 kg
Day 4: 69.4 kg
