if anyone is here in Jan 2022*-

I started doing this workout (just this one, not the whole challenge) sometime in March in 21. I have seen an amazing difference!
The exercises really are perfectly planned imo and work every part.
Put your own music on and groove away

My friends actually noticed a visible difference before I did at around 3 ish weeks (?)

What really helped me was changing my mindset from - oh I'm going to exercise to lose weight, to
- I'm a person who exercises daily.

Make that your goal, not the numbers, not the appearance but the action itself.

Also - be consistent, do ut everyday, on the days youre not feelin it, do a mild version, but do it.
And take it easy on yourself. Be on your own side first 💖

Day3-Done✅still hurts
Day4-Done✅it was still hard but did it without a single extra break finished it in 27mins so proud

Tried some pilates yesterday after doing this kinda regretting it... My legs are hurting a lot today won't be able to do this but did a low impact cardio❌

Results-my current weight is 61kg, was expecting a bit more. I get that it's a long and slow process also learned a lot about my body this past month, how much strength and endurance it has...kinda tried doing this last year but couldn't even get past set1..got demotivated and stopped doing it altogether but tried it again this year can't believe already finished a month. My body has really built up stamina (which was my main goal for this workout, weight-loss is just a bonus) from only doing set1 to finishing the whole workout in one go. So proud of myself for coming this far, did lost motivation these past few days and didn't do it but still did set1, something is better than nothing. Will continue this for another month.

Day37-Done✅After doing this for almost a month and a half the exercises have gotten so much easier, my form and balance has improved a lot, even the amount of sweat has increased too and I'm kinda enjoying doing this. I guess my slump is finally over, I'll definitely finish this!!

My leg are hurting a lot don't think I can do this today but will do a low impact cardio (I thought my legs will be okay but they still aren't so didn't do it for 2 days) ❌
I'm going to stop doing this now. It's getting a bit tedious and not fun. I'll come back to it when I feel like it
Final weight- 59kg
4 kgs is not bad for 2 months enjoyed doing it. Next time I'll do a particular exercise for just a month and not 2 months. 1 month keeps me motivated

my favorite part of this is when the workout is over and i look in the mirror. there's no obvious change from twenty five minutes ago but for some reason i can't help but feel proud of my body. thank you for making me feel this way~ <3

I hate when people say “don’t lose weight to impress others” I want to lose weight so I can look and feel good about myself and it matters to me about what people think. Some people don’t understand my insecurities and it makes me angry when they say don’t worry about others because you are pushing me away from my goal.

I have been doing this workout every time I need a good hiit. No matter how fit I am it always makes me go out of breath. It's the best hiit workout chloe has along with another 10minute hiit. Never disappoints me.
