14 Days Weight Loss Challenge - Home Workout Routine

Are you ready to start losing weight at home in just 14 days? If so then this workout routine will help you achieve this goal.

This is a pretty intensive exercise program that you can do at home because you don't need dumbbells, weights or any other special equipment. Just your body weight!

This is a 2-week challenge which means you need to do this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 days if you want to see good fat loss results.

Additionally, for even better results I recommend you pay attention to the food you eat. Follow these 2 simple nutrition rules:
1. Stay away from sugar 🍰🍫🍦🍭
2. Stay away from grains 🍪🍕🍞🍔

This is a terrific work out. I lost around 3-4kgs in 14 days, can't express my happiness. I also followed intermittent fasting all these days.Will be continuing this workout for better results 💪

Hi yall i weigh 48.1kg and my target weight is 40-43 kg basically i wana lose 5kgs so imma do this exercise from today onwards..! I'll update yall after a week And I'll be honest. i aint gon skip my meal and I'll be walkin 5k steps per day + I'll do this excercise too and Imma quit sugar too

Anyone in july 2024
Everyone saying they had loose weight 1to 2 kg
But after doing it i dont think a 20 minutes work out will help because half time is fir rest so basically 10 to 15 minutes i gyess .
I started on 2nd july 2024

The Main Challenge was to stay CONSTANT guys, some days you feel like skipping the workout, if you did workout on that day then nobody can stop you to achieve your goal. Keep Going Always !

Hello Roberta! I am starting this workout today! I will keep you guys updated! Day 1: ✅ Day 2: Today I did some other exercises from Roberta’s gym ✅( Lose 5 Kgs in 10 Days)
Day 3:✅ I am so tired, I skipped the Jumping Jacks because my legs are so sore, I can’t walk properly… Tbh I haven’t seen changes in my body yet and I still haven’t lost weight

I started doing my workout from 1st june 2024. Initially I was doing 10 day fat loss challenge. However, after day 6th I felt like it wasn't doing anything to my body. So, from 7rh day onwards I started this workout. It's my 2nd day today, I'm doing this both in the morning and in the evening. I felt really good doing this. Currently my weight is about 65 kg and my Target Weight is 55 kg. I'll try to be consistent doing this. And will update after completing it on 21st june InShaaAllah.

(Results): so, it's 22nd of June 2024. Before I mention the results I'd like to say that I wasn't able to follow this routine properly. Because of some reasons I missed it for 4 days but I didn't give up and came back on track. And also after day 2, I used to do it only once a day as I didn't have much time because of college and stuff. Still I've lost more than a kg doing this and I've decided to continue it because of how good I felt after doing it. I'm determined to do it religiously this time until I get my desired results. Weight loss can't happen in a day or two. This is a journey and You may be on and off while on this journey but never back off.
