Day 3: ✅
Day 4: ✅ doing this every night I have trouble sleeping and also to lose belly fat and lose weight.
I'm losing a lot of weight fast.
Day 5: ✅, Worked a good sweat, I feel good, I'm going to start cutting off and eating less of junk food.
Day 6: ✅ (Saturday Tomorrow). Jan, 29th.
Day 7: (Sunday, One Week). Jan, 30th.

I have to say that your workouts really transformed my body. Doing just one workout doesn't cut it for me and you make it so easy to do at least 3 while feeling challenging to do to make me sweat buckets and see toned muscles. Thank you Roberta's Gym!

I've been doing this 5 mins workout and walking for 2 kms, I lost around 1 kg weight in 3 days.. and yes I have been dieting as well...

Gonna do this for a month for results ! Hope i can lose atleast 4 kgs in a month with this exercise and i check my weight in the end of the month and no breaks !

Day 1: i did this and a 30 min workout.. I'm sweating and my heart was going fast during the workouts ofc and i feel like going to sleep rn I'm so tired!! Pls remind to do this!!
Probably going to take a warm bath and watch a movie.

Just a little help for anyone wanting to loose weight may 2019 I was 190lbs I started my weight loss journey by eating quarter amount of all my foods I did not stop drinking soda but i drink it only once in a while I avoid eating junk food and i did little exercises a day as of today September 11 2020 my weight is 150lbs but there were someday I eat like a tiger but that's like 1 day in a month good luck hope this help someone by the way I'm a 20 year old female height 5ft3"

1.High Knee Twists x12 -2 Slow Burpees x12 -3 Jumping Jacks x30 -Rest Time... -Forward Jump x14 -Rest time.. -Walk Downs x8 -T Plnak x8 -Hope it helps😀
