I've been following these workouts and a proper diet for the past 1.5 months .

I made it till the end . Had a hard time with the up on hand and feet toe touch but did tricep dips instead but did the rest Thank you for this. I'll do again 😊💪💪💪

Hi everyone! I have been doing many workouts with robertas gym but I think this is my fav!
I usually do half of the workout in the morning
Go for a 2-5 k
Then finish before bed!
