Believe me guys..this gets easier the more you do it. I was totally drained after the workout on my first day. I could barely make it to the end. But it’s my 6th day today. I feel a lot stronger now. I feel like I can do another workout. So keep going!! Fighting!!

It's 2022 and I must say, it is really really effective! From someone who's really struggling in losing weight because food is love (lol), I lost 18kg in 4 months with this workout! Thank you, Chloe!

I was over 60kg and i decided to lose weight by doing chloe’s workouts. This workout vid helps me alot. I've started the 28 flat tummy challenge May 2020:
Week 1 - 81cm chest, 77cm waist, 85cm stomach area
Day 1: 30 mins; 250kcal;
Day 2: 10 mins; 90kcal;
Day 3: 20 mins; 160kcal;
Day 4: 10 mins; 73kcal;
Day 5: 30 mins; 253kcal.
Day 6: 10 mins; 63kcal.
Day 7: REST
Very tiring, especially the cardio-focused days. There are many exercises I cant do without a break

Week 2 - 80cm chest, 77cm waist, 85cm stomach area
Day 8: 32 mins+2 mins rope jumping; 300kcal
Day 9: 30 mins; 260kcal;
I actually took a 3 day break as my time of the month started and felt very weak but returned after that to where I left from.
Day 10: 10 mins; 66kcal.
Day 11: 30 mins; 230kcal.
Day 12: 30 mins; 260kcal
Day 13: 30 mins + 6 mins chloe's warmup; 290kcal;
Day 14: 10 mins; 60kcal;
This week was much better, the programme helps me to keep motivated to workout. My strength and stamina has improved

Week 3 - 80cm chest, 76cm waist, 85cm stomach
Day 15: 40 mins + 6 mins warm up; 370kcal;
Day 16: 30+6mins; 260kcal;
Day 17: Rest
Day 18: 30+6 mins; 290kcal;

I stopped doing workouts 11 months ago because of my school. It's hard to start once again but i did it

Day 2:✅ (entire body was numb but felt so much easier compared to yesterday)
