I’m going to do this for 2 weeks everyday as a teenager

start weight: 130
goal weight: 120 (for now)

1st day: ✅ i did it twice
2nd day:✅ i did it 3 times
3rd day: ✅ i did it twice
4th day: ✅ i did it once ( tired )
5th day: ❌ i didnt do it
6th day: ✅ i did it twice
7th day: ❌

update i lost a pound but i havent been eating the greatest so… maybe thats why i havent lost more but we have another week so yay
like to remind me!!

2nd week

1st day:✅ i did it twice cheer for me 🥳
2nd day:✅ once its a monday so pretty busy
3rd day:✅ i binge ate so i did it twice
4th day:✅im used to it so i finish it so fasr
5th day:✅ yes
6th day:✅ yes + a few other workouts
7th day:✅ YES

OKAY so i lost 4 pounds of fat and i see a big difference ive been eating healthier more protien lots of water good sleep and also i was in a calorie deficit of 1600 anddd i got i just walked more + exercised im actually really happy and more confident thanks for being with me throughout the journey guys :) and also START NOWWW


its been so long but ty sm for the support i havent been doing this exercise but guys im so close to my goal weight im 3 POUNDS AWAY CHEERRR !!! 🥳🥳

I am started this in July 26 as a 14 years old teenager....
Measurement
Start weight. 60kg
Goal. 45kg
I drank a lot of water and a pretty 8 hrs of will try my level best....
July 26. I feel happy after doing this
July 27. My full body hurts but yes I do this....
July 28. Done ☺️
July 29. Today is my exam so I am very busy....
July 30. Done
July 31. Done
August 1. Done
Omg I loss 1 kg in one week I will continue this exercise ❤️
August 2. Done
Now I will update on October so, today I started intermittent fasting and also walking 1000 to 2000 steps daily....❤️

I’ve done this workout for about 4 days and I’ve already lost 0, 9 kg! But I’ve also eaten healthier and went on walks but this is a great workout! So for anyone who’s struggling with their body image, keep going you won’t regret it!❤❤❤

Started July 11th but gave up and now am gonna start again …. Will keep updating!

Weight: July 11th - 175.4 ib
Weight: July 28th - 173.0 ib

Day 1 - ✅ little tough but pulled through
Day 2 - ❌ got the stomach flu
Day 3 - ✅ sweating and a lot more out of breath than day 1 but that's good!
Day 4 - ✅ couldn't finish the triceps dip, ate a lot today as well but it's okay
Day 5 - ❌ was to lazy 😭😭
Sorry guys haven’t been able to do more. Laziness and time for the best of me 😭

This is the second day i’ve done this exercise and i genuinely do feel it working, I’m also doing a 14 minute workout by you Roberta and a leg workout but I can feel them working :)

Hey guyss, I've been seeing people say they'll tell their progress but most of them don't. So I did this for 10 days. Heres what happened.
PS - I did this workout mixed with the 7 days workout ( another video of Roberta's gyms ) so this is both of the workouts mixed progress along with consistency and trying to eat healthy ( key word - TRYING LOL )

Age - 15
Normal weight for 15 yo - 55kg
My weight before - 58kg
Goal - 52kg
I kind of let myself go so I'm just tryna regain myself back, for self improvement and just generally become healthier.
Day 1 - I found this video at night and I was pretty excited so I did it at night. The workout itself was kind of hard. Not that hard. But I struggled a lot with planks. Others were generally exercises I knew so not that difficult. I ended the night with a cold cup of black coffee and a cold shower. I also got a good amount of sleep ( 7 hours ) so when I woke up I felt pretty great. Not seen the progress yet but I felt a bit lighter and easier.
Day 2 - I woke up bright and early to exercise before school LOL. I got up around 4 to get all of it done but I slept very early so I felt rlly energized. I did both the 7 days and 10 days workouts. After brushing my teeth before I started the workouts I drank warm water with a lemon slice plus two eggs because do not exercise on a empty stomach if you don't want to feel light headed. It was good workout. Its getting easier. Planks was a easier. Loved the workout, then went for a little walk. Took a cold shower then went to school.
At night I also did it. I ended both the workouts with cold cup of coffee and a cold shower. And ( 7 hours ) of sleep.
Day 3 - Woke bright and early again. Drank lemon water again and had sandwich ( lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes ) it was not good LOL. And then started the workouts. Always eat before exercise. Today I flew through the exercises. I also skipped the breaks. I was tired yes but felt SO good. Planks was def easier than before. Still getting used to both the workouts. The 7 day one was much more harder tbh. Loved it again and went for a walk. It was soothing and tranquil. Then took a cold shower. Went to school again. Pretty good day.
At night I did both the workouts again. I also forgot to mention I eat what I usually eat for dinner. Just a little bit less of an portion. After workout drank the cold cup of coffee again and slept like a BABY! had a little less amount of sleep today ( 5 hours ).
Day 4 - I woke up early. Before school. Because of yesterdays lack of sleep I was just a lil less energized but after I ate yesterday nights leftovers. And the lemon drink. Did the workouts. it was soooo much easier. Planks was fairly easier. I did 15 more seconds. Then went to school after the walk. I took a walk to the park. It was so calm. I felt the difference. My body felt easier.
At night I went through the same cycle. Dinner, exercise, coffee, then sleep EARLY. Got 6 hours so I was fine.
Day 5 - Halfway mark!!! I did both the workouts early in the morning. No school today so I woke up at 6. The exercises are so easy now. Honestly. I can see my waist is a bit more snatched. Lost a bit of belly fat. I have a little belly now. I am so happy rn. I went for a walk. Also forgot to mention during the whole period I drank LOTS of water. Both the workouts are much more easier. I also drank the lemon water and had avacado toast for breakfast before all of that.
At night I did the same. Both exercises. Cold coffee. Sleep well.
Half way mark result
Weight before - 58kg
Weight now - I am happy to say when I stepped on the scale i lost 3kgs. Omggg. So my weight now is 56kg.
Day 6 - I woke up early at 6 today too. Had lemon water and a yogurt bowl. Before walking I got in some studying. Then walked. Had a cold shower. It was very cozy resting after all that. My waist is SNATCHED! I lost a fair amount of belly weight. Also noticed thighs got a bit thinner. Good progress NGL. Loved the morning.
At night THE SAME CYCLE. Eat, exercise, cold coffee, sleep well.
Day 7 - My weekends over LOL. Got up at 4 again. At first I hated waking up now I don't mind. I stepped on the scale after the walk ( today I ran a bit too ) but I lost 1 kg. Im at 55kg now. I'm so excited honestly. My thighs no progress. My legs no progress :( but my belly's significantly more thinner. Lost belly fat. That's it for today. Also my mom said I looked skinnier :D
At night ( same cycle. I've bored you enough LOL )
Day 8 - I woke up at 6 today. Missed school I was sick. So I only did this videos workout. Took a shower. but I had the lemon water ( it also helped with cold!! ) and I had the traditional sick food soup. Yummy!
Not much activeness today. At night I didn't take the shower though I did only this videos exercise too.
Day 9 - still was sick but woke up early. Drank lemon water and had yogurt bowl again. Did both the workouts cuz I was missing to much progress. Went for a walk. Came back, showered, went to school.
At night I had kind of a cheat meal. I ate 3 donuts. Felt guilty so doubled the workouts. Veryyy tiring. drank cold coffee and showered n slept. I noticed so much progress. Lost almost all belly fat. Thighs were thinner. my build was so much slimmer. Felt better and easier too!!
Day 10 - FINAL DAY! I went for two walks this morning. (Dad couldn't drop me of at school) and I missed the bus. I ate Greek yogurt and a mango with lemon water. Doubled both exercises again to compromise for donuts. Walked, again walked to school. Tiring day.
At night I doubled the workout again. Since its the last day. Drank coffee. Slept. Stepped on the scale lost two kg. Didn't hit the goal but super proud
So final results!
Before - 58kg
Goal - 52kg
Now - 53kg
Belly is GONE. Thighs and legs no progress. Arm fat also reduced. I feel easier.more active in sports.
PS - Let me be honest. I am a active sport player. I played sports during this. So maybe that's why I had good progress. I also drank lots of water. I had a wonderful support system. I (maybe?) Ate healthy. The showers also helped. I found this Channel very helpful. I'll continue like this ( but a lil less harsh ) I ate a small amount of lunch. Overall amazing.

I had to stop the Excersise for a few days at first, but when I checked my weight the next day after doing it, I was super satisfied and extremely impressed. I’m glad this video helped

Heyy so i am about to turn 17 years, like its my summer break so i want a nice little glow up before college... I've been searching different types of workouts to make my tummy and butt slimmer, and my body a good posture, so i decided to this in evening. I sure got exhausted but i will trust the process, i hope its worth it, I love your routines Rebecca thank you for making this videos ⭐
