Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Day 1: was kinda hard, but it felt good after✅
Day 2: was a little less harder than day 1✅
Day 3: was a tiny bit easier than day 2✅
Day 4: it was a little bit easier than yesterday✅
Day 5: it was a little bit easier than yesterday, but ofc always sweating when i do this workout during and after, but feeling great afterwards!✅
Day 6:it gets a lil bit easier every time and today too, I love this workout!✅
Day 7: Done! Felt good after it✅
Day 8: didn't do it today, bc I was busy, and I also did today lots of sports like sprints and more.
Day 9: didn't do it, bc of the same reason as day 8, and all my muscles were sore.
Day 10: even though my muscles are still sore, it wasn't hard, and I felt great after✅
Day 11+12: so I've been over doing lots of sports and my muscles and bones started to really hurt, when I'm running and doing workouts, so I decided to take a break from this and the other home workouts I do every day, but I still run every day and go to my training studio to workout also as I used to do every day when I also did these home workouts. But so far, I'm seeing good results. You should know I run a lot and I'm on a lil diet and am trying not to eat a lot also. This workout is very nice and gets a lil easier every day, and it also feels very good after doing it❤️ I love lilly's workouts! I've been doing some of her other ones, like an ab workout, and I've seen great results❣️ thanks for keeping up with me and sorry it's so long! Remember that every one has different results and you are PERFECT💞 I'll keep you guys updated😊
Day 13: so today I'm on my period and it hurts, but I still did the workout bc I couldn't run today bc it was too hot outside and bc of some other reasons, and I did the modification on the second, third and last exercises in this workout✅
Day 14: same as yesterday✅
Day 15: so today I did everything, no modification, and I also went for a run and did sprints, walked a lot to school and went to my studio to train with the girls I train with regularly, and I also did some other home workouts, so I'm very proud and happy (also bc my period wasn't bad today lol, sry for the tmi)✅
Day 16: did everything, same as yesterday😁✅
Day 17: same as yesterday, feeling great✅
Day 18: same againn😁✅
Day 19: I did everything again! I'm feeling amazing✅
Day 20: it was easier than yesterday and felt great after✅
Day 21: even though I pulled some muscles before the workout, I did it and was in a lil bit of pain, but it was worth it!✅
Day 22: my muscles hurt less and it was great✅
Day 23: I felt amazing after the workout✅
Day 24: today I did the workout earlier, still felt good😁✅
Day 25: I did it today too!✅
Day 26: I love this workout so much! I did it today too!💖✅
Day 27: I did it😁✅
Day 28: I did it! It feels great after the workout💓✅

Day 30: so unfortunately today I really wanted to run but I couldn't, bc I had to do something else, but *I DID THIS WORKOUT TWICE TODAY!!!😃🤩*
Day 31: unfortunately I couldn't do it today bc I had lots of other things to do...

People will say that cardio is the best fat burning exercise. In reality, however, both are somewhat necessary to lose weight. Cardio will increase your blood flow and help you work off those extra calories. Weight-training, on the other hand, will turn those fat cells into healthy muscle👍.

I have always struggled with weight ever since my childhood. I have always been the chubby one. But this year, I was more concentrated and I can see some results and seriously I can say that if can see some results you can too. This is a journey we have to fall in love with the journey and believe me you will see the results and you will fall in love with yourself.

Going to do this for 14 days starting tomorrow. Will do daily updates, wish me luck!

Day 1: this workout was fun and a little challenging. 65.6 kg

Day 2: this was so much harder than it was yesterday, my ears are ringing!! I must have been putting around 40% effort yesterday so make sure you go all out guys. This is a real challenge!

Day 3: woke up with my glutes sufficiently sore😂gonna keep going though. Still a great challenge.

Day 4: i was feeling really unmotivated and lazy today but i pulled through and have just done the workout before bed!! Definitely a little harder than doing a workout in the morning, but I'm glad i got this day done guys! The workout was easier today compared to the other days but still worked up a little sweat. Full effort for day 5!!

Day 6: today was a breeze. Broke a sweat but had fun whilst doing it!

Day 7: waist has gone down by .125 of an inch

I've been doing Lilly Sabri's workouts for a few weeks now, and decided that I want to share my workout experience (my first time doing that) while doing this for two weeks (I am also gonna be doing some of her other youtube workouts, running, being at football trainings etc). Would love if someone could remind me to update.

Day 1: ✔ It was pretty hard and i did get really sweaty, but it felt really good when I was done.
Day 2: ✔ It was a little bit easier today, I didn't really have a lot of motivation, but I am happy that I still did the workout.
Day 3: ✔ Did it today to. So sweaty!
Day 4: ✔ Did it in the morning before home school today, felt really good!
Day 5: ✔ Did it!
Day 6 ✔ Did it!
Day 7: ✔ Did it! Starting to get easier.
Day 16: ✔ Did it!

So... this went well until I suddenly just lost the motivation and stopped working out for more than a week. I am probarly gonna try another of her videoes, and I did enjoy this the days that I did it. Haven't seen a big difference, but a little bit, but I would stil recommend it!

if someone's wondering how much kcal this burns: 51 kcal for person of similar proportions like me (165 cm, 53 kg).
I couldn't keep up with her the whole time but I'm sweating like crazy.

I'm 4 years late but I love lilly and the community so lets update!
Day 1: ✅Done! Did this twice today but did the second repeat at a lot slower pace and took long breaks during both times.
Day 2: ✅Done! I did this x2 again and I took shorter breaks! (still longer than the ones lilly provided us with though)

I did this only for 1 week (a.k.a 7 days)
Day 1 of trying this:
I'm face down flat on the floor at the 3rd exercise. Managed to finish it!
Day 2:
It did not get easier but I still made it! I survived! Drenched in sweat.
Day 3:
Really really sore and I couldn't do the sqat thing (it felt like my thigh was about to rip off my body) but completed it. I'm a lot stronger than I thought! (Also.. Officially lost 1kg)
Day 4:
Can't belive I'm doing this! I am sore yeah but it's worth it. Also noticed ab definition.
Day 5, 6 & 7:
Definitely got a lil easier and I made it through!
Lost 2.5 kg overall in a week (p.s. I did not eat clean, , I'm 16 and in quarantine with Oreos) Abs popped outta no where and I don't know how but I grew an inch and a half taller. Definitely worth it! And ik it's hard but y'all can push yourself🖤
