I had a really stressful couple of days and felt like I had such a weight on my chest. My first reaction was to just lay on the couch and mope but something took over me and I found myself starting this video thinking "I'll just do a couple minutes to see if that calms me down at all" and I ended up doing the whole thing. All my muscles hurt and I worked up a little sweat and all the weight that was on my chest feels like it dissipated. This might be the beginning of me using movement and working out for my soul rather than to look a certain way, and I am feeling so powerful and thankful. Thank you Eleni for the therapy session lol

I've been doing this 3-4 times a week since you first posted this and I can't begin to tell you the difference it made in my body. My whole body is more defined, my balance has gotten better, my posture has improved and it helps me keep a healthy sleeping schedule too. Love this, truly. I barely leave comments on videos btw :)

Amazing! I am an advancer exerciser for over 20 years and have never really done a lot of Pilates. I have been hurting really bad in my whole body for months and decided to do something different. I loved this workout and am going to try to incorporate more Pilates in my workouts. It is tough!!

I've been dealing with SI Joint disfunction for almost 3 years; but I can totally do your workouts without pain or fear of reinjury. They are the perfect combo of cardio and strength training. The low impact ones work best for me but I often just modify the high impact ones without a problem. I look forward to doing an Eleni workout everyday! Thank you!!! xo
