I'm a 40 year old male, who has struggled for the last years with mental health illnesses, and physical pain, I haven't been able to exercise for years, now that I'm finally getting my life back, I found this channel, it's been the only thing I can stick to and that doesn't cause me pain in my joints, your energy and youthfulness are addictive 🙂

I did this 30 min workout and it was tough and challenging but I’m 63 yrs old and I did the whole workout….. Yay for me! I love these workouts and I certainly have seen results ❤

Okay, I am 68 years young. I just finished this workout without stopping. I feel as number 10, my whole body is covered in sweat. I use the Amazon Halo program to keep track of my fitness. I have been using others while you have been gone and my number for Fitness has been a 30 for each day. However after completing this my heartbeat got up to 151 and my score for today is 42 for fitness. It is so good to have you back I think I will do this workout every day this week and see how I feel at the end of the week. Unless of course, you come out with another one this week. Miss you greatly so glad to have you back!!

This is your best workout! I feel really challenged. I’m almost 65 - sounds weird because I don’t feel 65. I tried other videos but the instructor either talked too much or didn’t give clear instructions. Your videos are just right. Keep making high intensity videos please.

Thanks! My wife got me doing these exercises a year ago when I turned 61. She wants me to live longer. :) I appreciate all you do to encourage us to get moving. We can definitely see the difference in my balance.

Did this routine AND the 5, 000 steps routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. She did fantastic, a little challenging with the hand feet coordination but she still made it through. So proud of her ❤️. Thank you Schellea 🥰
