Ok I've been doing this everyday, twice a day for 5 days now and wow I feel so strong and definitely look more toned and slim. It's hard tbh but you just have to push through and you can definitely do it. This was 15 minutes but it really felt shorter because she breaks it up by doing the ab section. At the end, you feel happy it's burpees because you know you're done

Day 4 Skipped but did 30 mins of cardio kickboxing today

Day 7 DONE. I FEEL STRONGER

Forgot to update by I did this for 10 days and there was a visible change in my waist area. Improved my stamina and was fun to do! I've not begun a few HIIT workouts but 10 days of this definitely improved the way I workout.

I have been a runner for two years now but I never really focused on strength training specific muscles before or abs. After I did this workout twice today, I realized that although I have good stamina, I am no where near as strong as I want to be. This was honestly killer! Thank you so much!

Day 1: Wow that was a good burn. I was sweating so bad. Definitely doing this tomorrow!!
So sorry I forgot to update! Today's Day 6 and I lost 2 pounds already!!! My waist is smaller, too. I wish I measured before, but this is worth it!!
Edit: Sorry I didn't update but I finished the 10 days and it really kickstarted my weight loss! I've lost 10 pounds in the last month. I've kinda hit a plateu but gotta keep trying !!

Im very happy with the results, I will start another 15 min cardio from her ! My waist and belly are slimmer and I feel my abs !


UPDATE : It's been a year since I posted this lol I stopped doing this a while ago ! Now I completely changed my mindset lol

I weigh 178 and I'm 15 I've always had a bigger body type so I'm aiming for 130! I'm doing 3 videos everynight Muffin top, slim thighs, and Cardio if I can keep up!

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy
