I’m an eleven year old girl who’s trying to lose a bit of weight. I’ve felt a little unhappy with my weight and wanted to change it. I just started today and I’m doing it for 7 days to start off. I’ll update in 7 days! :) thanks for this workout. It definitely gave a bit of sweat, and I felt a bit better afterwards.

Just completed this, Really great exercise.. I am 8 months postpartum and gained 10 kg of weight.. I hope I can reduce all my fat with this exercises… Good luck to me and all who are trying this exercise 👍🏻
