I've been doing this for 7 months(and still counting) and it helped me loose 20kg
Weight: 80.6kg - 60kg
Waistline: 42" - 29"
BMI: 28.1 - 23.4

Doing this for 10 days!!
Current weight: 60kg
Target: 55-50kg
Day 1: ✅ First day was very tiring, i felt tired after 20 minutes but pushed myself to keep going!
Day 2: ✅ second day done! i was sweating a LOT this time, i can feel the pain in my legs but keep going!!
Day 3: 🟨 Did a 15 minute instead so i can get back into shape since i havent been consistent :)!! Keep going!

I tried this exercise in my room about 3 day ago, but today my dad and mom find it out . I was so surprised my dad calls me in the garden gave me the mat and said practice in green environment, my parents even joined me for motivation . I hope I will be fit by the end of this lockdown.


Update, im improveing . My friends noticed that I have lost weight and today I found out that I lost almost 4 kg .

Edit : I never thought I will receive so much love . Thank you every one for ur amazing support it means alot. All the positive vibes through my veins these days 😂. We all gona rock on this quarantine life . Let's be a better version of ourselves. ❤

Today I got bullied at school for being overweight and I was really heartbroken about that and I was already uncomfortable about my weight for a long time. Now I'll be a better version of myself. It is time to change.
I have a pear-shaped body(The thigh and hips areas are bulky).
Starting from today
Weight rn- 77.1 kg and my goal is to 55kg
Height - 5.5 ft
I'll be consistent and will check my weight after a week.
Day 1 ✅- I gave my blood sweat and tears.
Day 2 ✅-Done
Day 3 ✅-skipped
Day 4 ✅-Done
Day 5 ✅- Done
Day 6 ✅-Done( My body feels so light and i can already see the difference)
Day 7 ✅- Done ( 74 kg rn)
Day 8-9✅- Done
Day 10-14✅-Done
My current weight is 70kg.
(Plz motivate me by leaving some comments. I've to show them how good I look. And one thing, those who bullied me were my close friends also my nickname is Pig Punky at school).

this exercise changed my life, I've been doing it for 1 month and my body looks great, it has toned my whole body, waist, legs, arms, back, everything is thinner. now I love myself more than ever. I do it about 2-3 times a week. I used to be size M but now I am S. great, try it and you won't regret it

Am I the only one who's weirdly embarrassed about people finding out that I work out? I can't really justify it, I'm not ashamed of my body or anything and I think working out is an admirable and incredibly beneficial thing, but still I'm so ashamed to be seen working out, especially by my family who pretty much know at this point due to the sweety workout attire in the dirty clothes bin. Idk can anyone relate??

For those who just started this year and may still have some feelings of uncertainty... this works. I would look at myself every day in the mirror and not see a thing- disappointingly. <-- This was astonishingly crazy, for I saw my before and after pictures, after 2 weeks, and could not believe the difference. (my mom and I did this btw). Our muffin tops shrunk and mine were practically non-existent. If you are still reading this... I beg you...keep going.... it will get better....you will get results. I'm doing it again (for 2021) because I gotta lose all that holiday jiggle in my belly and legs AGAIN :)
