I used to do this workout a year ago and it was so helpfull my body got a perfect shape but i had to stop this due to my exams and studies but now am starting this again because this video is completely trustworthy and want my perfect body back

completed the whole 30 minute work out for the first day. with very little difficulty. but I stuck in there. looking for results. im so proud of my self.praying to keep up with this everyday. outside of walking . Thank Roberta. im glad I landed here.God Bless you😊

Now I do a combination of 30 mins full workout, belly fat exercises & 1 mile walk.This circuits will be my next change.

It has been a month since I'm doing this exercise... I'm glad that i chose to workout with the help of this video... It gave me great results...i could see my face and whole my body turing into the way i wanted...i didn't measure the weight but i can clearly see the results ...i did this exercise without skiping any day and drinking 2-2.5 l of water daily also i didn't take sugar and any other junk but i was eating all the food my mother cooked for me at home... I'm so happy and still continuing with this

First two days it was really challenging!! So I did some cool down routines and from third day I can do it and now on 7 th day I can do all of these workout and could see visible sweat and flexibility!! 🎉

Wow! The knee tuck and the single leg bridge are still dicey for me - but overall it has been one great week. Thanx again Roberta for this and thanks for the encouragement- I keep going until I can graduate to something more complex 👏
