Wow. This video is super short but it feels like I did at least 20 mins of yoga instead of 10. You crammed in all the good in just 10 mins. Bravo to you!

i got off an advanced yoga practice, my body hurts, finding this in my recommends, i did it, felt great.

I love this yoga session. I'm not much of a yoga person, but I liked this one because it was nice and slow, taking time to spend in some poses, and had beginner movements/poses. And I loved the comments at the end of the video like the hardest part was getting to the mat and you did it, so true for me! Thank you for this video!
