Hello Oliver. I am 65 years old. I'm from Belarus. Minsk city. I am very pleased to learn from you. Thank you. I can't do all the exercises because of diastasis. And I can't do it at such a fast pace. But doing exercises with you is not boring. And above all, you help improve my mood. I'm sorry that my English is not very good.

Thank you Oliver, this was just a fantastic workout and I too am a permanent fan of your workouts. What I enjoyed the most was no jumping as that really kills my knees. At my “not so young” age of 55, there is some wear and tear on this body, but with you I’m getting my former life back again.🤠

I have just discovered your channel. Im on the positive side of a back injury so am now trying to strengthen up and get back to regular exercise. I really enjoyed the workout. I did have to sit a few things out but i know in time i will get stronger and will be able to complete your workouts in full! 😊 The little screen showing what exercise is coming next is really helpful!

Took months off of hiit workouts to focus on some slow and steady strength based workouts on machines

But oh god doing these workouts make me feel great! Love the feeling of just pure exhaustion after these ❤

@Oliver! I've been doing your routines! I am 35 and while I enjoy the high impact workouts at lot, I don't think my body can sustain that. I'd be awesome if you could make more videos like this one. It targets the uper body really nicely and without equipment. I would love having more heavy on the uper body to improve that!
