Got 13 mins through on my first try before I stopped to rest for the week. This is my second time at it and I managed to power all the way through with some longer breaks. Now I know when your body tells you to be lazy and comfortable, you can't give in. YOU are the one in control.

No matter who you are or where you've been, you can do it!

Today is my Day 1. I’m 300lbs with a 54” waist and I was on a call today when I realized I’m gasping for breath with every word I’m trying to speak. I have back pain and knee pain and always tired etc. but enough is enough I need to change my life. So I found this channel and did this workout. I couldn’t get all the way but I made it to only 4 min left. Thank you for this content bro I’m going to try my best to do it daily

17 y/o 6ft 220 lbs here built like a lineman. Gym closed down and I graduated last November. Only thing fitness wise I got going for me is bowling. Hoping this helps in the long run. Twice a day and running aswell. Stay on the grind lads!
