This videos are Amazing, am starting my journy after 2 kids and losing my self in a lot of weight... I used to weight 58kg...now am at 85kg need to lose 57 pounds and am a tiny person of 5.4 and this is the Year!! Me and my husband are doing this together so I Will push it I know by the end of the year of doing your exercises and eating healthy will get me there
FIRST WEEK
Did the beginner workout for 6 days and took Sunday Off
SECOND WEEK
Day 1
Since we were feeling like we could handle more we did this Full Body workout 20m boy... this HAD ME SWEATING way more than the beginner video my legs are burning!!! Will keep doing this video the whole week and keep updates!

thankyou for this ❤️❤️ i got a little bit demotivated at times with some of the exercises that were a bit too hard for me but just swapped them out for other similar exercises i knew i could do and reminded myself that its the effort that counts and that by doing this i'm already taking the first step to achieve the things i struggle with. i have to remember that progress will come with time and i have to be kind to myself

I discovered her in the middle of covid and loved her vibe and workouts. 4 years later after an accident and thyroid problems found her again in my forgotten workout playlist. Its been 3 months since and I finally feel like myself again.

Its not just looking good or ripped or having abs or not. I was an athlete. And smh you never stop being one. Never stopped doing sports and moving and just feeling strong. Then out of nowhere you're out of breath just by going upstairs and 2 min into jogging makes your head feels like a burning ticking bomb. I started and gave up too many times before getting diagnosed and then an accident sent me to bed for another half a year. I hadn't felt like myself in 3 years. So thank you Madz!!! For making doable and quick and fun workouts. For helping me feel strong again. For helping me feel like me again. You probably have no idea how many people you're helping out there with your videos ❤❤❤
